Calls all the time day and night and never leaves a message and when you answer there is no one there...

I get numerous calls from this number at all hours of the day and night yet there is never a message and if you call back you get a recording and a person never answers...Very strange.

This company sponsors terrorism. RPM Receivables Performance Management(along with other aliases) is a shady criminal organization which as a matter of course violates Federal Law to collect so called debts. They hire illegal aliens and do extort small sums of money for front groups of terror organizations which fund the Jihad.
Uses Robo Caller, you need to hold for a live terrorist to pick up their phone and start attacking.

Called me about a final embarq bill that I never got. Wanted me to send the check to RPM. I stated that I would send the check out the next day for the total and now they have called me several times since and it is just the next day. They call early in the morning about every 2 hours but no one answers or leaves a message. This is a ridiculous practice, and it is also very wrong of embarq not to keep their promise to send a final bill when I specifically asked for one due to a simiar problem with sprint. It would be best if the company itself would call you at least once before they sent you to collections in case it is their fault. How can you pay a bill when you don't know the amount and can't get into your online account once it is closed. This practice can mess up your credit because of crappy companies.
